Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal data and the confidentiality of your information. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we protect it, and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Effective date: 24 September 2026
Who we are
This website (meshal-law.co) belongs to Meshal Abdali Law Office, Lawyer License No. 482035. The office is responsible for the personal data collected through the website. For any privacy matter, contact us at meshal-law@outlook.sa or +966 53 765 9963.
Data we collect
- Data you provide: when you use the consultation form you enter your name, your mobile number (optional), the service you need and a summary of your matter. The website does not store this data on its servers; the form prepares a message that opens in WhatsApp so you can review and send it yourself, and it reaches us through WhatsApp. The same applies to anything you send us directly by email or phone.
- Usage data: we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to measure website visits in aggregate, such as the pages you visited, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate city and traffic source, and clicks on the call, WhatsApp and email buttons and form submissions. We do not send your name, number or message content to the measurement tools.
- Technical data: the hosting and content delivery services that run the website may record temporary technical data, such as IP address and request time, for operation and protection against misuse.
Why we use your data
- To respond to your request, understand your matter and identify the right service.
- To communicate with you about the consultation or engagement you request.
- To improve the website's content and usability based on aggregate statistics.
- To protect the website, keep it running properly and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for marketing unrelated to your request.
Professional confidentiality
Information you share with us about your legal matter is subject to the lawyer's duty of client confidentiality under the Law of Legal Practice and the rules of professional conduct, in addition to this policy.
Who we share data with
We share your data only as necessary with service providers that operate the website or help us communicate with you, including Google (measurement tools), WhatsApp (when you choose to contact us through it), and hosting and content delivery providers. Some of this data may be processed outside the Kingdom by these providers as permitted by applicable regulations. We may disclose data if required by a competent authority in accordance with the law.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish and measure visits in aggregate. You can delete or block these cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on provided by Google; this will not affect your ability to browse the website or contact us.
How long we keep data
We keep consultation request messages for as long as needed to serve you and handle your matter, and afterwards as required by regulations and professional obligations, then delete them or make them no longer linked to you. Measurement data in Google Analytics is kept according to the retention period set in the tool and then deleted automatically.
Your rights
The Personal Data Protection Law gives you rights, including:
- The right to be informed of how your data is collected and why it is processed.
- The right to access the data we hold about you and obtain a copy.
- The right to request correction, completion or updating of your data.
- The right to request destruction of your data when it is no longer needed, unless there is a legal basis to keep it.
- The right to withdraw your consent where consent is the basis for processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at meshal-law@outlook.sa and we will respond within the statutory period. You also have the right to file a complaint with the authority responsible for applying the law, the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Data protection
We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration or loss, and the website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we recommend not sending sensitive documents through the form; we will agree with you on a suitable way to exchange them.
Children
This website is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website's services or applicable regulations change, and the updated effective date will appear on this page. This version is effective from 24 September 2026.
