Reviewing before signing allows the wording and obligations to be discussed early. A signed contract can also be examined to understand the obligations or to address a dispute relating to its performance.
Does one template work for all supply contracts?
The wording varies depending on the product, the method of delivery and payment, the guarantees and each party's responsibility. We review the details of the dealing when preparing the contract.
