Administrative Cases
Reviewing an administrative decision requires reading its grounds and supporting documents, the date it was notified, and the steps already taken regarding it. We review these elements to determine the legal position and the appropriate next steps for the matter.
How we help
- Reviewing administrative decisions, violations and fines and the grounds for issuing them.
- Reviewing inspection visit, seizure and notification records and the related documents.
- Reviewing grievances and the responses issued on them, and determining the appropriate procedural route.
- Preparing statements of claim, memoranda, responses and appeal memoranda.
- Representation and follow-up before the competent authorities within the scope of the agreement.
What to prepare for the review
Send whatever documents you have related to your matter. We will identify any additional needs after the initial review.
- A copy of the decision or fine notice, its number and the authority that issued it.
- Anything showing the date and method of notification or of becoming aware of the decision.
- Inspection records, observations, photos and licenses related to the matter.
- Previous grievances, the authority's responses, and request numbers and dates.
How work begins
Send the notification date and proof of it when you first get in touch; deadlines and procedures are reviewed according to the type of decision, the competent authority and the circumstances of the matter, and no single path fits every objection.

Frequently asked questions
Can any fine be challenged the same way?
The review method and procedures differ according to the decision, the authority and the provisions governing it. We review the violation notice and its documents before determining the appropriate step.
What should I send if I don't have a complete copy of the decision?
Start with the available notice, the violation number, the name of the authority and the date it was received, along with any previous messages or requests related to it.
Does the cancellation of a fine in a previous case mean my fine will be cancelled?
Each matter has its own facts and documents. Drawing on previous experience supports the review, but it does not mean a particular result is guaranteed.
Do you handle these cases outside Riyadh and Jazan?
Yes, we serve clients in all regions of the Kingdom; consultations are held remotely, procedures are followed up through e-litigation and the Moeen platform, and in-person attendance is arranged when the matter requires it.
