Commercial Disputes
A commercial claim begins with understanding the agreement, what has been performed under it and what remains in dispute. We review contracts, correspondence, delivery records and financial documents to build a clear position for individuals and businesses.
How we help
- Reviewing disputes over commercial contracts and supply and construction contracts.
- Organizing financial claims and reviewing their supporting documents.
- Preparing statements of claim, defense memoranda, responses and appeals.
- Reviewing partnership disputes and mutual obligations between the parties.
- Drafting settlements and following up on enforcement within the agreed scope of work.
What to prepare for the review
Send whatever documents you have related to your matter. We will identify any additional needs after the initial review.
- The contract, purchase orders, accepted offers and amendment addenda.
- Handover and delivery records, completion reports and observations on the works.
- Invoices, account statements, balance reconciliations and bank transfers.
- Correspondence, notices and any previous agreements on payment or settlement.
How work begins
We separate the principal amount claimed from amounts paid and additional requests, and link each claim to the available documents before preparing the legal position.
