How work begins
Following the Labor Law amendments in force since 19 February 2025, including those relating to notice periods, resignation procedures and the probation period, we usually begin by reviewing current contracts and regulations and identifying what needs to be aligned, then move on to individual cases.

Do you assist in conducting administrative investigations?
Yes. We help prepare the investigation procedures, questions and records and draft the decision, and we can take part in the investigation within the scope of the engagement.
Do we need to update our work regulations after the amendments?
In many cases, yes; we review the current regulations and identify the provisions that need to be aligned with the amendments in force.
Is the service available under the monthly corporate plans?
Yes. Plans may include consultations and review of contracts and regulations, depending on the agreed scope of the plan.
Do you handle these cases outside Riyadh and Jazan?
Yes, we serve clients in all regions of the Kingdom; consultations are held remotely, procedures are followed up through e-litigation and the Moeen platform, and in-person attendance is arranged when the matter requires it.
